My Friday Photographer is the lovely Zoë Power. Zoë, like myself and Sophie G, is a regular at the Oxford Flickr Meets, although truth be told, we keep missing one another!
Zoë has a mere 2,657 photographs on her Flickr stream, so choosing the ones to blog was a challenge to say the least. I have a particular fondness for Zoë's flower photographs, the macro ones remind me of the paintings by Georgia O'keeffe. Her images a crisp, bright and cheerful.
Owls to Zoë are like deers to me, and most Fridays an owl pops up on my Flickr feed as part of the Flickr Owl Friday project. I especially like the wise looking one above, he reminds me of the professor character on the 1970s children's TV programme Bagpuss.
Right, I'm off to book a holiday!
